The Last Jedi understood the Force, the Jedi, the balance, and the dangers of it all better than any Star Wars outside of The Empire Strikes Back. Have it start back on Ach-To. Have Rey return with the Sacred Jedi texts. Have her found a new Jedi Academy there as she learns deeper truths about the Force and passes them onto her students. This would bring energy and discussion back to Star Wars in a way we haven’t seen in years. People would go to the cinema to watch this just because of the controversy. And it would be genius. Plus, this is one cohesive vision. And when Luke’s Force Ghost shows up, the galaxy of fandom will lose its collective mind.
