cbse was way to lenient with the 10th exam only to shit for the 12th. A kid from locality always used to score 90 in schools, he also got 89% in 10th and now he has failed?? I refuse to admit this is real 🙏🏻
I wouldn't mix Mumbai Navi Mumbai
Mum rents are astronomical if u want to stay somewhat close to the major work-areas 6L/m will end up around 4-4.5LPM in hand out of which approx half may end up in rent for a 3BHK
cbse should introduce accounting modules in class X for whoever wants. more useful than doing bba-bcom. ( extension of the useless ncert bst books). And seeing the saturation in cfa, no point in doing it you can commit till L3

sensible craze IMHO
BBA/BCOM are well connected to the real worked of business, money, markets etc
CA/CFA content will teach u lots of things which u may use in life, regardless of your career
Cuz mumbai folks are obsessed with ca/ca/cfa.
North has govt exams. Mumbai has ca/cs . South has jee-neet.
Ps: 10th is treated as a make or break situation in mumbai. Children literally get macbooks if they get above 90-95.

why doesn't Mumbai have as much of a culture around studying for gobermint exams?
i guess there are many reasons
-more of a culture around pvt sector jobs, MNCs and businesses
- high rent, too costly for a 20-something yr old to waste time studying for UPSC or reading The Hindu
