@Toradex Zinnia modular AIoT gateway is powered by an @NXP iMX 8M Plus SoM with 4GB RAM and 32GB eMCM flash, but can also be fitted with other NXP or Texas Instruments-based modules. An I/O connector provides access to isolated I/Os, RS485, RS232, CAN Bus, I2C, and more.
The gateway runs Torizon OS embedded Linux distribution, and Toradex claims it's easier to deploy and maintain than traditional IoT gateways since they take care of software updates, maintenance, certifications (E.g., EU. CRA), and fleet management software.

The Lino iMX91/iMX93 module features two B2B connectors, while the OSM iMX91/iMX93 solder-on module complies with the OSM Size S form factor. Both come with up to 2GB RAM and 256GB eMMC flash.
The company provides support for Torizon Linux distribution and the Yocto Project by default, but FreeRTOS, Zephyr OS, QNX, and Android are also supported upon request. Evaluation kits are available for the Lino and OSM families.
