Sometimes deceptively bland. Often with vague acinar structures.

This was a hepatocellular carcinoma. I signed it out as hepatocellular neoplasm, given the abnormal vascular pattern.
This is an FNA from the liver, and those are hepatocytes.
But is this normal liver?
