Acceleration = 0-30m
Max Velocity = 30-80m
Speed Endurance = 80-150m
➡️Max V allows you quality acceleration within each Max V rep, and you can sneak endurance within short recovery max V reps!
➡️Acceleration Only Approach: misses the all important max V reps...
➡️Speed Endurance Only Approach: doesn't allow for enough focused accel/max V work as the onset of fatigue/endurance is a main theme.
