Air raid sirens went off in the middle of the performance! The orchestra finished the piece and went into the bunkerā¦then finished the online concert. Of course we brought some treats for everyoneā¦. #ChefsForUkraine @WCKitchen @YoYo_Ma
Today, the Lviv Philharmonic performed for the first time since the invasionāwith refugees from across Ukraine joining the orchestra! It was streamed online, as the concert hall is now a warehouse for medical supplies that go to hospitals. Like food, music to nourish the soul! šŗš¦

Actually, no, it doesnāt. I just tried again. Perhaps itās a common problem, but I havenāt run into it with a jar of cream before. An air bubble should rise to the top, so perhaps this was packed on its side. For 2 days itās been right side up. Nothing has changed.

Told by āescalatedā customer service rep yesterday that NO weekend deliveries made from NILES, IL facility. According to email & online tracking, delivery scheduled for Saturday. Waited yesterday per (false) tracking info. Canāt wait here all day today. @FedEx @FedExHelp

Meanwhile @FEDex @FedExHelp, a very nice customer service rep - Guillermo - tried 5 times to get through to the Escalation dept. Itās 8:24 pm CST. No one this there. I was on the phone for 18 minutes.
