In today’s attention economy, influencers explain while investors validate their claims. Bitcoin existed for over a decade before institutions took it seriously. 2. But as AI-generated personas and deepfakes improve, influence becomes cheaper to manufacture & harder to trust. Trust will be a new currency. 3. With regulations like the EU’s DAC8 crypto surveillance framework, the system is optimising for traceability whether investor pitch decks like it or not.
