#TimetoTalk Day is the perfect opportunity to have a conversation about mental health. 💬
1 in 4 of us will experience a #mentalhealth problem in any given year, but sometimes it’s easier to tell people we’re ‘fine’ than say how we really feel @MindCharity@ReThink_#wellbeing
#TimeToTalk Day is all about having conversations.
But sometimes, speaking to people you know about your mental health can be too tough. And that's ok.
Here are some people you can talk to if you'd rather speak to someone you don't know 💙

Life has it's knock backs and having other ways of holding on to who you are, when part of your identity/life is hurt and needs recovery time is an important thing for mental wellbeing. Of course I'm biased but go on @TyroneMings ! @AVFCFoundation@BirminghamMind
