New goalposts now erected at Cahermore National School. Thanks to a generous grant from @Corkcoco and @DeptRCDG under the local enhancement programme (LEP), the goals were manufactured and installed locally by Noel Kelly Welding 🟢🟡

We are currently building an enclosure around the generator to protect it from the elements. Particular thanks to apprentice blocklayer Stephen Lane for his time to building surrounding walls!🟢🟡

A very nice comparison. For Ireland it demonstrates the high quality research carried out by researchers here, but also the shortfall in National funding relative to our European peers. We need to increase our national investment in research infrastructure and research programmes
