What a morning! Play resumed at 7:30 am with only 2 golfers left on the course to complete Rd 2. Rochester had to get up and down for birdie to force a sudden victory playoff with the Pios. We were on the range preparing for the potential playoff when we heard the ROAR. The playoff was a 5 count 4 with two groups of 5 playing. @TransyGolf beat Rochester in the first playoff to advance to the final two rounds of the NCAA Men's Golf Championship at Mission Resort. Senior Tom Buchert (Cincinnati, OH) delivered a clutch birdie (🎥 below), while Ty Ruttinger and William Carr each added steady pars.
