What a great day on @WPI campus! Our @WPI_BME students all presented their senior projects today. I am proud of my two design teams. This group created a cool outreach demo (involving jumping) that they presented as part of @BiomechanicsDay — with great success.
I’m honored to be in such excellent company @aimbe ! Thanks to @WPI@WPI_BME and especially Kris Billiar for your support! Also, how fun to see others from the ELATES program!
I’m so excited to present some of the great research that my @WPI_BME students have been working on at @UFBME next week! Thanks for the invitation @BLT_BME !
My lab crew is the best! They indulged the Girl Scout leader in me and went orienteering this weekend. I rank this one of the best team building activities ever (except for the tick I found in my arm this morning)! @WPI_BME
Know how they keep telling you that the more grants you apply for, the more you will get? I know it’s statistically true, but I set a personal record yesterday with 4 rejections in a single day. Going to buy myself some fancy chocolate now…
I’d forgotten what a great meeting the #ORSMSK2023 meeting is. I learned so much that is new to me and met more great people!Plus, it wouldn’t be a good conference without a good hike (and some bonus miles due to a road closure) @ORSsociety@jboerckel and many others
I have the best crew of @WPI_BME and @NSF REU students this summer! And, strawberry picking is possibly the best inclusive lab activity ever! Happy Friday everyone!
Our Early Career Faculty Mentoring program can connect you with an @AmSocBiomech fellow with similar teaching and/or research interests as you! If you’re interested in the #mentoring program, please reach out to @mikesamaan3 (michael.samaan@uky.edu).
