Some studies show that 80% of African-Americans have LOW Vitamin D levels (darker skin produces it SLOWER than lighter skin groups). Low Vit D = HIGH RISK of Immune System Dysfunction, Infections, Hypertension, Asthma, Respiratory issues... Report on THIS! #ColorofCovid

This is why it is important to take responsibility for your own wellness and educate yourself on how to support your immune health. Also - PSA: Make sure you have healthy VitD levels during winter (actually year-round)!
The “physician misinformation bill,” which has just gone into effect as law in California, prevents doctors from sharing the risks associated with mRNA experimental “vaccines.” In other words, doctors could have their medical licenses revoked for telling the truth. Unbelievable

Over the last 2 years, many have been kept from hearing about basic science-backed health info... Now the studies are showing the impact of that selective censorship. Remember to boost your VitD levels in winter! 🌞
Huge new US study (250 k patients, 400 k controls): "When we extrapolate our results for vitamin D3 supplementation to the entire US population in 2020, there would have been approximately 4 million fewer COVID-19 cases and 116,000 deaths avoided." nature.com/articles/s41598-0…

Hoping that @elonmusk puts an end to the Twitter deboosting of well-researched health info that has been so crucial to so many lives over the last 2 years.
Fall is here in the USA and it's time to pay even more attention to your VitD levels. FACT: Your levels directly impact your susceptibility to respiratory illnesses.

If you take vitamin D3, make sure to also take these as well: 👉 Vitamin K2 👉 Vitamin A 👉 Magnesium All work synergystically. Such as K2 ensures calcium is deposited properly, magnesium activates vitamin D & Vitamin A works with vitamin D to support the immune system.

Friendly reminder: Your VitD3 levels are still crucial to your health. 🌞 "The benefits of vitamin D cannot be understated" In who tested for c19... those with low vitD had more severe respiratory symptoms than those with normal levels. ⬇️ medicalxpress.com/news/2022-…
Interesting discussion on how your food choices (and specific nutrient levels) impact how well your immune system responds to infection. Remember to get your VitD levels checked! 🌞 news-medical.net/news/202205…
When you find a physician that does more than regurgitate the "narrative", and works to help you get to the actual root cause of your issue... Keep them :-)
Doctors love to blame high blood pressure on salt. If that was true, how come I’ve never seen any patient fix it by restricting 🧂? Also, how come I’ve seen many patients fix it by changing their diet while also increasing their 🧂 intake? Simple:🧂 is NOT the root cause.

Uh yeah... duh. Thousands of us who understand "immune health" have been highlighting this issue for literally 2 years. Now that people are realizing that Big P's magic potion isn't the end all cure all... people are finally waking up. businessinsider.com/study-id…

Many of us have been sounding this alarm loudly for nearly 2 years... But there has been huge resistance from "experts" and "officials" to including sensible measures like these as part of the mitigation efforts... And thousands of senseless deaths because of it.

You are a human with a body that possesses a natural intelligent healing capability, particularly if you have cared for your health and wellbeing. Take full responsibility for your wellness and do your part to support those built-in capabilities 🌞

There isn't much talk about what to do if you find yourself with a positive case... except for "isolate". Here's something to look at: news-medical.net/news/202201…

Just like Whoopi was... A lot of people are "shocked" right now after being triple injected - but still infected. This is why it is crucial to include measures that support your built-in defenses... Such as making sure you have adequate VitD levels 💪 abcnews.go.com/Entertainment…

FYI - there is so much more to "health" than masks and boosters. The fact that nothing else is discussed or included in recommendations by "experts" and officials is what gets me fired up. In fact, most actual health-supporting info is suppressed and/or deboosted. #healthcare

PSA: Winter is here. Make sure you have adequate levels of the ☀️vitamin (aka D3). Decades of research show that it impacts how well your immune system functions... as well as your susceptibility to infectious diseases and respiratory infections. frontiersin.org/articles/10.…

Still completely relevant to the "o" variant
You don't hear about this in the MSM but... 🧐 Your viral-host resistance relies on the support from a dominant group of nutrients, including vitamins A, C, D, E, B6, B12, folate, iron (Fe), zinc (Zn), copper (Zn), selenium (Se), and magnesium (Mg) ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/article…

None of these things support record-setting multibillion dollar profits... Nor do they support officials' attempts to exert control over their constituents...
Year 2 of a pandemic and I still haven’t heard any public officials talk about the benefits of: -Nutrition -Exercise -Sunlight -Cutting sugar & seed oils -Maintaining a healthy body weight -Getting 8 hours of sleep Towards positive public health outcomes. Weird. @joerogan
When frontline clinicians are seeing and sharing this... it shows much more is required (especially in winter) If officials and "experts" would also include sensible immune health protocols, such as supporting healthy VitD levels, we might be in a different place 🥸
55-60% of the patients testing positive for COVID in our clinic are fully vaccinated. The same percentage of those receiving monoclonal antibodies in our clinic have been previoiusly vaccinated.

Why do "surges" and "outbreaks" happen in winter? Because hosts are more susceptible to infections in winter. But why? As this 2010 article from "The Journal of Pediatrics" shows... We've known the answer for decades (or even a century) ⬇️☀️ jpeds.com/article/S0022-3476…

Conclusion: "Blood vitD status can determine the risk of being infected w/C19, seriousness of C19, and mortality from C19. Therefore, maintaining appropriate levels through supplementation or natural methods, eg, sunlight on the skin, is recommended" 👇 ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/article…
