New: Joe Rogan left speechless after scientist Dean Radin reveals how a psychic woman located a lost nuclear bomber in Africa by remote viewing: ROGAN: “What’s the most impressive thing you’ve seen someone achieve through remote viewing?” RADIN: “There’s an amazing case where they had to find a plane that crashed in Africa which was holding a nuclear bomb.” ROGAN: “Nobody already knew where it was right?” RADIN: “Correct. It crashed so nobody had any idea where it was.” ROGAN: “So how exactly was a remote viewer able to locate something the government couldn’t even find?” RADIN: “We used this psychic lady who was a remote viewer named Fran. We told her to pick a spot on the map and boom she nails the exact location.” ROGAN: “That’s spectacular. Even Jimmy Carter admitted that he used a psychic to locate the plane. You couldn’t achieve that any other way.”

BREAKING: ADVANCED ALZHEIMER’S PATIENT REGAINED SPEECH, MEMORY, AND BLADDER CONTROL AFTER SINGLE PSILOCYBIN DOSE An 80-year-old woman with advanced Alzheimer’s — who had barely spoken for YEARS — experienced RAPID and SUSTAINED improvement after taking 5g of psilocybin mushrooms. During the acute phase, she entered a prolonged deep sleep-like state with profuse sweating. ~19 hours later, she spontaneously started talking again for HOURS — sharing detailed autobiographical memories she hadn’t expressed in years. Over the following days, her family reported improved memory, walking, emotional connection, speech, and regained bladder control. After 1 month, bladder control REMAINED RESTORED, and she was still functionally improved compared with baseline. While this is just one published case report, the implications are enormous given that there are currently NO approved medications known to produce effects like this in advanced Alzheimer’s. These findings urgently need replication. For millions watching a parent or loved one disappear to Alzheimer’s, even the possibility of restoring lost function warrants serious scientific investigation.

open.spotify.com/episode/5Kp… Joe Eszterhas is a Hollywood legend. In the 1990’s he was the highest paid writer in film, and created all time classics like “Basic Instinct.” He lived through an insane coke and booze fueled ride of a life, and came out on the other end with some amazing stories. We talked about his beginnings in journalism, and the time he spent with Hunter S Thompson, Jimi Hendrix, and Martin Luther King Jr. He’s a brilliant and captivating guy and I really enjoyed our conversation. Daniel Rodriguez @DRODUFC is a top 15 @UFC welterweight. He went to Tijuana to celebrate a big victory and wound up getting arrested for weed and spending 8 months in a Mexican jail. The story is wild. open.spotify.com/episode/10J… Weed is legal in California and decriminalized in Mexico, but not for visitors and crossing the border with it is a serious federal offense. He’s out now, and faces Uros Medic in the main event of UFC in Serbia August 1. The second picture is what he looked like the day he got out. We had a great conversation and the podcast is out now on @spotify and everywhere else.

This was one of the most interesting conversations I’ve had in a while. Michelle Thaller a wealth of fascinating information about space, time and all things the cosmos. And she’s an incredibly compelling speaker. These kinds of podcasts are some of my favorites open.spotify.com/episode/46M…
New: Joe Rogan leaves NASA astrophysicist Michelle Thaller completely stuck after asking her a deep question about the reality of time: ROGAN: “The weirdest thing that I’ve ever heard anybody say is that all time exists currently.” THALLER: “That’s Albert Einstein.” ROGAN: “When we measure time what exactly are we measuring? When we create a clock that runs 24 hours per day what is it measuring?” THALLER: “That’s a deep question. That question caused everything in physics to fall apart.” ROGAN: “I still don’t understand what we’re measuring.” THALLER: “I don’t think I have an answer for you. I don’t think anybody does.”

Your brain has a circuit that doesn't know you live in a city. Its only job is to monitor whether birds are still singing. Right now, in this room, it is on. The circuit predates primates. Mammals have been using ambient soundscape continuity as a predator-detection system for roughly 200 million years. Birds stop singing when something larger moves through their territory. For most of mammalian history, a forest full of song meant no large predator was nearby, and the cessation of sound was the warning. Your nervous system never updated this software. The Max Planck Institute tested the inverse in 2022 with 295 participants. Six minutes of birdsong dropped anxiety with a medium effect size. Six minutes of traffic noise raised depression with the same. The effect worked on subjects who lived in dense urban environments and had no regular contact with nature. The brain still ran the check. Birdsong sits in the 1,000 to 8,000 Hz range. Your brainstem reads continuous patterns in that band as a signal that nothing dangerous is currently moving through the environment. EEG data shows birdsong at 45 to 50 decibels boosts alpha wave activity by 14.1% relative to silence. Alpha is the brainwave signature of relaxed alertness. Push the same birdsong above 60 decibels and the response flips. Stress markers rise 29%. The circuit only trusts the signal at the volume of quiet conversation, which is exactly the volume birds sing at from a typical distance. Three things happen simultaneously when the brain registers ambient safety. The amygdala downregulates. The parasympathetic nervous system takes over from the sympathetic. Heart rate variability rises, cortisol drops. The posterior cingulate cortex, which sits at the center of the rumination circuit, quiets down. King's College London tracked this through a smartphone study with over 1,200 participants and found the mood lift lasted hours after the sound stopped. People diagnosed with depression got the same response as healthy controls. Most of what gets labeled mental fatigue is hypervigilance running in the background. Birdsong tells the circuit it can stand down, and the brain reallocates the freed compute everywhere else. A quiet park feels different from a quiet office because the parks have sentinels.

Scientists have created one of the most detailed 3D reconstructions of a human cell (eukaryotic cell) ever produced. This groundbreaking model, often termed a "Cellular Landscape Cross-Section Through a Eukaryotic Cell," combines data from X-ray tomography, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and cryo-electron microscopy to map molecular structures in extreme detail.
