We went from a fluff on Wednesday to an Australian fan rake and accuform faces today. Better billy bunker holds the sand where you need it so all you have to do is manage firmness through raking style depending on moisture. Over 70 mm in the last 7 days @kcm_cg
Engage your staff. Buy in comes from understanding why. Take it one step at a time. If you’re frustrated tell them, if you’re happy tell them. If they respect you as a person they will do good work for you. It takes energy but it works.
