Gentlemen, gather around: It’s our time to open up and share the weight we carry, and there’s one topic that deserves our attention—parenting and fatherhood. It’s a journey filled with challenges, but we have to face them boldly and strategically. Since this sea shore gave me a good audience to record, let me pause these questions ago. How do you navigate the complexities of being a dad? Can you even tell if you're doing it right?Let’s share our experiences and support one another. #mensmentalhealthmonth

Even God knew mental health was important. That's why He gave us Sabbath. And there's you who thinks it is a wastage of time to rest.😆 I was suggesting that you learn to give yourself permission to rest, recover, and heal. And please make sure you're unapologetic about it. Because mehn! You have to keep sane in order to achieve whatever it is that you want to achieve. #MensMentalHealthMonth Video captured while on my morning walk today. Got prenty of beautiful pictures as well. I will share it with the #sunsetcrew twitter.com/i/communities/19… if they talk nicely with me😆 Other #HappySabbath, to my fellow adventists on the platform. GOD LOVES YOU!
✨ Quick reminder: You are allowed to rest without guilt. Rest is productive. Your guides are pouring energy into you while you pause.

Here on @Twejaka we have been sharing nuggets.
Many men suffer in silence because they fear being judged. This June, let us be the space where men can speak openly about their struggles without shame or fear. Listen more. Judge less. #MOHatWork | #MenTalkUG26

Remember, seeking help is a sign of strength. Holding it all in can have negative consequences you won’t want to face. Your #mentalhealth is the foundation of your existence. Take care of it! A nod to the purple community🤪 for the attire🫡 twitter.com/i/communities/19… #MensMentalHealthMonth

Gentlemen, thank you for opening this space 👏 Fatherhood isn’t a solo test and none of us ever get it all right. The fact that you’re asking and showing up already means you’re doing it right. Keep talking, keep sharing. We’re cheering you on. #mensmentalhealthmonth
