Delegate names are public record. Full stop. What's really interesting is the timing. Texas Scorecard Confessions has been around for a few years, and they haven't exactly been advocates for @TexasScorecard — and not one person in the @timdunntexas @TexasScorecard orbit ever mentioned them.
