During #CybersecurityAwarenessMonth, we're sharing simple steps you can take to protect your information online. Turning on multifactor authentication greatly decreases your chances of getting hacked and gives your social media and other accounts an added layer of protection.

Hey @SouthwestAir, this is the longest check-in line I've ever experienced at Montego Bay. Airport staff pleading with your staff to open more check-in desks, who are refusing. Can you help?

75 minutes later we reach the start of the official line. We're told they don't offer bag drop because there are "too many flights today". Help me understand the logic @SouthwestAir.

Well after 2 hours in line we successfully dropped our checked bag. Glad we turned down an offer to bribe our way to the front of the line. Disappointed to see that same person fist bump a @SouthwestAir employee after dropping off someone else at the front of the line.

New article alert with @drclaireselee: journals.sagepub.com/doi/ful… In this article, we examine factors predictive of cybersecurity and cybercrime knowledge. More interestingly, we also explore how respondents indicate their level of uncertainty associated with the knowledge.
