In this real-world study, teplizumab treatment improved HbA1c, OGTT and CGM measurements within the first year of therapy. The preproinsulin targeting T cell receptors decreased after the treatment, which correlated with C-peptide AUC link.springer.com/article/10… 🔓#T1D
