A scaled-down Martyrs Day service is underway at the Uganda Martyrs Anglican Site in Namugongo, restricted to just 200 socially distanced guests amid Ebola outbreak precautions. The service, led by Archbishop Stephen Kaziimba Mugalu, has seen major reductions in participation. Out of 600 choir members expected from Uganda Christian University, only 30 were permitted to sing. Acknowledging the limitations, Archbishop Kaziimba comforted the institution, promising that the university will be given the opportunity to lead the choir again at next year's celebrations to fully showcase their talent and energy. #MonitorUpdates 📹@GeofreyMutumba2
