HELLO MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS FROM MULIMA!!
Going by the current political realignments, it is becoming increasingly clear that the opposition may not field a GEMA presidential candidate, nor secure a deputy presidential slot.
The question then is: does it make political sense to abandon an administration where the region already holds the Deputy President's position and several Cabinet portfolios, only to join an uncertain coalition whose structure, power-sharing arrangements, and electoral prospects remain undefined?
Politics is ultimately about influence and bargaining power, and any move away from a position of strength must be carefully weighed against the risks involved.
