American Parents Coalition retweeted
"Parents are constantly told that teachers’ unions exist to support educators and improve schools. A closer look at how the union spends its money and exercises its influence, however, tells a very different story.” @alleighmarre of @USAParent lays it out in the Daily Wire: barely 36 cents of every dollar AFT spends goes toward representing teachers. The rest? Politics, lobbying, and leadership perks. Workers deserve better. dailywire.com/news/another-s…

"Parents have watched Weingarten use AFT as a political machine for years, pushing activist curriculum into classrooms and keeping schools closed longer than necessary, which led to devastating learning loss.” -@alleighmarre, APC Executive Director
No surprise Randi's obsession with activism extends beyond classrooms leaving students and teachers behind. Thanks @ConsumersFirst for raising concerns that teachers' retirement savings are a vehicle for AFT's political agenda, putting teacher's hard-earned dollars at risk.

A new study found that by age 17, roughly 1 in 400 girls in Oregon had been prescribed testosterone. Children deserve evidence-based care, not irreversible medical interventions. Learn more about the hospitals driving these procedures at StopTheDocs.com.
New(ish) study: 2016-2023: ~1 in 100 teens (8-17) in Oregon had a diagnosis of gender dysphoria. 3/4 were female. 23% of those with a GD Dx received medical intervention (~1/440 teens in OR ➡️ gender Rx). By age 17, ~1/400 teen girls were on T. That’s almost 3x a recent national estimate for girls (Hughes et al., 2025).

Children don't need more screen time. They need more time being children. Schools with cellphone restrictions are reporting calmer classrooms, stronger student engagement, and more face-to-face interaction among students.
