#MedTwitter pay attention to the strategy insurance uses to drive up profits outside the MLR at the expense of vulnerable patients and physicians.

The #BigInsurance strategy:
✅Use #PriorAuth to make it so difficult that patients don’t get meds
✅Force docs & patients to pay admin cost of #PriorAuth
✅Use formulary & “network” to drive bigger PBM kickbacks & profits to the pharmacies they own (skirting MLR)
