The default assumptions from non-research stakeholders are often:
๐Qualitative research - made up, just some opinions, not statistically significant.
๐ Anything on a graph - 100% true, we've interpreted it correctly and it is representative of the world.
The Break Up Letter, can help understand why a user might separate from your product or service. In this creative method, you ask the participant to write a breakup letter. In this letter, you ask them to write about the reasons why they โbroke upโ with your product or service.
