Just read this report, it says students don't have access to library facilities. They may not have access to library spaces and physical collections but they very much do have access to everything else - the expertise of staff, the large (and expensive) ecollections ...

We have published our report on the Impact of Covid-19 on university students.
This follows our inquiry into a petition calling for tuition fees to be reimbursed which has over 347k signatures.
In the report we recognise the huge disruption faced by students and recommend π
