Gerardo Gamez is a visionary innovator in chemical imaging, optical spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry. An active Member of the NAI Chapter of

@TexasTech, he leads a dynamic research group pioneering novel techniques to overcome challenges encountered in the analysis of materials and biological systems. He and his team are advancing techniques like glow discharge optical emission spectroscopy for rapid chemical imaging, as well as studying the mechanisms and matrix effects in ambient ionization while developing new applications.
Jose Joaqun (J.J.) Garcia-Luna-Aceves is an NAI Fellow and professor at the University of Toronto,

He is a trailblazer whose research focuses on computer communication covering network architectures, communication protocols, distributed algorithms, digital infrastructures and performance analysis. He is a named inventor on 75 U.S. patents, and his patents have had transformational impact, including influencing technology and products at Nokia and Cisco.
Rosibel Ochoa is a leader in championing innovation at
#NAIMemberInstitution the University of California, Riverside;
@UCRiverside. As the Associate Vice Chancellor for Technology Partnerships, she and her team work to accelerate economic development by transferring UC Riverside research from the lab to the private sector, facilitating academic-industry collaborations, and encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship on campus and throughout the region. Programs under her leadership have supported over 600 technology ventures and more than 2,500 students.
