ISS sighting I think. It looked like Venus but much larger and was moving fast. As it got closer it looked less like a bright star and more like it does below. It ejected rings around it as it traveled and then it disapeared or went behind clouds.

Excuse me, but on what basis is Davis convinced that: (1) the Nordics are not “human”; (2) the “greys” are not biological robots manufactured by the Nordics; (3) that the Reptilians weren’t a hybrid chimera species genetically engineered by the Nordics HERE on Earth; and (4) that the Mantids aren’t either symbolic projections of the Trickster, or time travelers from Earth’s distant future? Where is the evidence that any of this has to do with ET “aliens”? Does anyone in Congress receiving such testimony even know to ask these questions? I doubt it.
