Ive found a doctor who can do both my primary care AND gender care, and may even be able to handle my other endocrine stuff! And he's really nice??

I love Justin's dad so much, but this man cannot accept a gift for ANYTHING. π
We treated him to dinner for Father's Day and as we met up he handed me a card "for my birthday.". After he left I opened it and it was a gift card to the place we just ate at like DAMNIT DAD π€£

I told my therapist today that I wasn't sure if I had really processed The Stuff or if I was just compartmentalizing and he suggested trying EMDR.

EMDR is very intensive so I'll have to do some prep to get started with it, but I do think it'll be worth it to do a more exploratory therapy style ahead of that.

It's important to me to categorically state that I am okay, for the most part I am still in a good place and I am the least symptomatic now that I've been in the last decade. Which is why it might be time to finally dig in a little deeper. Wish me luck!
