Today, a supermajority of @Defenders staff announced the formation of our union, #DefendersUnited. We want to work with management to create a stronger, more equitable, and more effective organization. Unfortunately, @JClarkPrez took only 3 hours to reject our request outright.

We're anxiously awaiting the results of our Nov. 23 hearing at the NLRB, where management made the case that more than a third of us should be excluded from the union. We are ready and can't wait to show our overwhelming support in our upcoming election!
