For those wondering why ECC removed the video of this week's meeting, it's so they could edit out ex-Conservative (now Reform) cllr McIvor being 'outed' as he allegedly "sent an unsolicited picture of [his] private parts". bbc.co.uk/news/videos/cwye1e…

We wonder if @BLMKHealthCare has *any idea whatsoever* who they’ve employed? We wager they don’t
It appears that Kirsty O'Callaghan (of Essex County Council fame) is indeed now employed by @BLMKHealthCare Integrated Care Board. In their conflict of interest register published on 12 November 2024, she has declared her limited company—Kirsty O'Callaghan Limited—as a potential conflict of interest in her role as "ICB Work & Health Integration Lead", although she has also stated "I do not undertake any work outside of my ICB employment and have no intention of doing so." bedfordshirelutonandmiltonke…

Top drawer comedy from @essex_cc here. Who says Twitter isn’t funny anymore? 😂
We've been confirmed as the third most productive council in the country. This means we achieve the most value for residents per pound spent.

A Tory administration overseeing millions of taxpayers money being wasted on their mates? Hmmm…this sounds familiar
🔴TORY CORRUPTION Do you agree that the #police should investigate where £37 billion pounds of taxpayers' money❓ NB: Harding has blocked our account. @didoharding @Keir_Starmer

…and when they employ unpaid carers @Essex_CC pay them less than minimum wage as well. They’ll then claim ‘everything is fine’ @LGAcomms @TransparencyUK

Good luck to @SarahMuckle1, the new Director of Wellbeing, Public Health and Communities for Essex. With so many skeletons in this department's closet, she's going to need it.

I know a council that managed to waste allegedly nearly £1million of taxpayer money on ill-advised contracts with people who appear to be mates of the person handing the money out. Bold of you to be advising your residents on “money management”, indeed.

essexlive.news/news/essex-ne… - another person has died at a mh facility in Essex on June 10th I wrote to Baroness Lampard raising concerns that @Essex_CC could not or would not recognise or appropriately safeguard system failure so that families she directed to Essex for just that could not actually get that protection Deaths continue to happen and only this week I received in writing from camhs that their views of safeguarding, stating they were different to my views - they did in short not recognise system failure as being a safeguarding matter despite rather oddly having whistleblowers policies and being bound in some cases by codes of ethics @TaniaLT @Law_Leeds @keepnhshonest @KenZeroHarm @wesstreeting @PHSOmbudsman @MelanieLeahy @JuliaCa20602661 @BASW_UK @CareQualityComm @Essex_LibDems @EssexLabour @c22cuk so I guess my next question is if they dont recognise it whilst an Essex mh inquiry is ongoing, how many many more deaths will happen ? And then who will bare the responsibility for those deaths given that everyone was put on notice ?
