I wrapped up the day w/ members of the Smith Point Lifeguard Association and the NYS Lifeguard Corps at the @NYSUTSRO @nysut Lifeguard Summit. Big topic of the evening was the lifeguard shortage, retention, training and recruitment. Thank you #LongIsland for an outstanding day!
