A manure waste biogas facility was granted a USR permit to operate in LaSalle. New ownership plans to invest $20-$25 million in upgrades to the site, creating approx 24-30 jobs, and estimates eliminating the CO2 emissions of 13,800 cars/year. More: poweringcolorado.com/news/bi…
