After losing my iPhone 13 in a lake in Oklahoma more than 2 months ago, I got a random call from a professional diver who found it while he was cleaning up the lake. The amazing thing, other than the case, is that my phone works! He shipped it and I got it today! #iPhone #Apple

Yesterday marked a special day for me. It was the end of a long journey, a journey that started in 2008 when I immigrated to the USA and started studying to become a doctor again. Yesterday this journey ended and I became a dermatopathologist.

Based on a recent case that I had, porocarcinoma is a rare entity that can be misdiagnosed as SCC. Ductal differentiation was helpful. #dermpath #UTMB #Pathologyflashcards

It's been a while, here is a flashcard about xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis that can be a pitfall for RCC. If in doubt, IHC helps (CD68 highlights histiocytes vs cytokeratin will highlight RCC). #Pathologyflashcards #GUpath
