Congrats to Iain Power on his promotion to Contracts Manager! Iain started on work experience at Huddersfield Gasworks in 2005 following the conclusion of his degree. He was then set on as an #EnvironmentalEngineer before progressing to #SiteAgent in 2011. #constructionjobs
VHE have returned to Moss Nook, undertaking #earthworks on behalf of @HarworthGroup. Due to the historical use of the site large volumes of #Galligu have been tipped, this is now being incorporated as fill material following moisture conditioning.

Despite uncertainty over Brexit and Covid-19 along with a period of poor weather, works at Ravenscraig continue with suitable excess materials from another project being made geotechnically suitable for use in an embankment.

VHE have undertaken the #gasholder dismantling and associated works at Paisley for @SGNgas. The project included dewatering and sludge removal, #demolition of the holder crowns, lifts and outbuildings followed by infilling of the holder to ground level.
