The moment you cross over and come into Nairobi, it is like walking into the Badlands. You are always fighting something every day and there is not much time to take a breath. You are always moving.

YOU ARE ON AN ASSIGNMENT | JESUS REVEALED, JESUS GLORIFIED Every King-Priest must understand that they are on assignment. Your job is an assignment. Parenting is an assignment. Leadership is an assignment. Ministry is an assignment. Whether in academia, business, government, or any other sphere, you are on assignment. The goal is not merely to make money, build a career, or attain influence. These are tools entrusted to us to fulfill a greater purpose. Our assignment is simple: Jesus revealed and Jesus glorified. As witnesses of the Kingdom, we are called to transform territories through the value system of the Kingdom and transform hearts through the message of the Gospel. This is the mandate of every believer: to bring Kingdom influence into every sphere of life while leading men and women to Christ. You are more than your profession. You are more than your title. You are a King-Priest on assignment. Watch the full sermon titled “Church and State – Part Two (Restoring The King-Priest Dominion Strategy)” on our YouTube channel at Koinonia Global. #ApostleJoshuaSelman #ChurchAndStatePartTwo #RestoringTheKingPriestDominionStrategy #KoinoniaAbuja #KoinoniaZaria #KoinoniaGlobal

Most people around you want you to fail, They expect that when you fail, • You will join them in their miserable lives, Or, • They will inherit your position so that they can succeed like you. But if you don't meet their expectations of failure, they become even angrier and more hateful towards you for no reason, Your growth and progress annoy them when you refuse to be the failure they expect. Your discipline and determination to succeed angers them. They will even become vengeful when you refuse to listen to their mockery and insults. Such people cannot go far in life, They will remain insufferable, They will remain stagnant because their minds are full of mould as a result of jealousy, and their hearts are coated with thick black soot due to unnecessary hate towards a person who is just minding his business and has not done anything wrong towards them. The only mistake you made is that you chose to pursue your purpose with discipline, order and consistency. That is what irks them. Refuse to accept their mockery and insults. Focus. In the end, you will win.

Wild-caught fish vs farmed fish: Farmed fish are fed grain. Grain-fed fish have high omega-6 and low omega-3. Farmed fish, sold in supermarkets, is dyed pink to look like wild fish, just the same way they do with beef and mutton. Wild-caught fish from our rivers, lakes and oceans eat their natural diet. • Aquatic insects, • Microscopic plankton, • Algae like Spirulina, • Smaller fish Therefore, they have the natural omega-3 fat that you are eating in fish. Mackerel, sardines, and tilapia from rivulets, rivers, lakes and oceans are accessible and nourishing. Knowing the source of the fish you are eating is important for your nutritional profile. But, be careful with ocean fish, because our oceans are heavily polluted with microplastics and industrially produced toxic wastes. #FoodFriday

The World is set to have the First Dollar Trillionaire today following the start of trading of the SpaceX shares following the hugely over subscribed IPO. South African born American, Elon Musk will have a net worth of over $1T following the IPO. Among his holdings include around 40% in SpaceX, Tesla, Boring Company, Neuralink among others. With a South African Father and Canadian Mother, this affirms the fact that immigrants have played a critical role in building America. From Goldman Sachs, Andrew Carnegie, Albert Einstein and others. Elon Musk, Africa and the World is proud of. We are African and Africa is our Business..

I condemn in the strongest terms the use of goons/militias to disrupt civic society deliberations on the Budget at All Saints Cathedral, today. When a State resorts to these acts, it is a mark of weakness. We must hold to account those sanctioning these goons/militias.

Finally, To end our lessons today, If you eat BEEF HEART, you won't be heartbroken. If you eat OXTAIL, your back will hit those backshots. If you eat BEEF KIDNEYS, you'll learn to filter toxic people, drama, and bad decisions. If you eat BONE MARROW, your excuses will lose their skeleton. If you drink BONE BROTH, your joints will stop negotiating every time you stand firm. If you eat BULL TESTICLES, you will stop simping and asking for permission to exist. Eat food, not products #FoodFriday

STOP HARASSING KENYANS, MR. RUTO China is known as the factory of the world because it produces REPLICA goods like no other country in the world. Chinese factories and WORKERS produce everything—from Gucci to the iPhone to the Mercedes Benz—or products which look like them. In 2010 when I visited China, I bought an iPhone which lasted exactly 6 months before it extinguished in my hands. The MASSIVE Chinese economy is fuelled, in large part, by the “manufacture”, sale and export of those REPLICA goods. Those goods pump hundreds of billions of dollars into the Chinese economy. They create employment, wealth and improve the conditions of life for the Chinese. But I have never heard or read that the watchful and meticulous Chinese government has raided the factories (purportedly working with the Interpol) which produce those goods, confiscated those goods from factories and shops and/or arrested the Chinese business men and women earning livelihoods from selling or trading in them. In North America, Asia and Europe, it’s those Chinese REPLICAS which are sold—openly and legally—in DOLLAR STORES and numerous outlets across the planet. Why? Because the Chinese and other governments in Europe, Asia and North America (I don’t know about the state of the MARKET in Central and South America) UNDERSTAND that they exist to SERVE the INTERESTS of their people—not of any other foreign or local company or entity. But in Kenya where youth unemployment exceeds 80% and growing; where the economy collapsed due to massive plunder, mismanagement and neglect decades ago; and where almost everyone lid barely surviving, the ROGUE Ruto regime is RAIDING shops, destroying and confiscating goods and harassing hard working Kenyans struggling to survive under the pretext of “fighting counterfeit goods.” Those are the same ROGUES who live flashy lifestyles and show off in expensive Gucci clothes, multi million shilling watches and shoes amidst the widespread SQUALOR they are responsible for as they make multiple trips abroad pretending to be employment agencies for foreign companies, including those producing REPLICAS. I’m not encouraging copyright and patent infringements. All I am saying is that the Kenya government must serve Kenyans and stop excelling only in anti-people activities—from plunder, to the illegal importation of Ebola to harassing Kenyans struggling under the economic mess they created and preside over. Kenyans don’t have factories, ships and the logistics to produce and distribute REPLICAS. If American and European companies want to crack down on the manufacture and sale of replicas, let them go to the source—China! Stop harassing Kenyans!

ANIMAL FATS, also known as SATURATED FATS, are the best fats for human consumption. They are also good for cooking. Eliminate unsaturated fats, especially industrially processed PolyUnsaturated Fats (PUFAs) from your diet. Eat animal fats. #FoodFriday

BREAKING: Patients are stranded in hospitals across the country due to the failure of the SHA system for 5 straight days. Many say they walked into hospitals believing SHA would cover treatment for their loved ones because they had paid their contributions. Instead, they were told the system isn't working. Think about that. -You pay into SHA every month. -Your child falls sick. -Your mother needs an MRI scan. -Your father needs surgery. -Then you're told: "The system is down." And it gets worse. For every day SHA remains unavailable, patients in wards continue accumulating bills that they may be forced to pay themselves. -This is not a website crashing. -This is not a social media app going offline. -This is healthcare. -These are people's lives. This is the same system Kenyans were told cost over KSh 100 billion. A system sold as the future of healthcare. Yet patients are being left stranded when they need it most. Meanwhile, Health CS Aden Duale continues moving around the country declaring SHA a success story. The question is: success for whom? Because the reality being experienced by many patients and families is very different from the picture being painted at press conferences and public events. If you, a relative, or someone you know has been affected by SHA failures, share your experience in the replies. Let Kenyans hear directly from the people standing in hospital queues, sleeping in wards, and struggling to raise money for treatment while the system meant to help them remains unavailable. Duale can keep telling us that SHA is working. In reality, patients trapped in hospitals tell a different story.

Cow foot soup, also known as KIGERE or MLOKONI, is one of the most nutritious traditional broths. Before collagen powders were sold in fancy containers, our grandparents were drinking KIGERE. When most people see the hoof, they walk away! The tendons, cartilage, ligaments, skin, and connective tissues in the cow's foot are rich in collagen, gelatin and calcium. When cooked, these compounds dissolve into the soup, creating a thick, nourishing broth. Cow hoof soup is traditionally given to recovering patients, postpartum mothers, babies and the elderly. Collagen and gelatin provide amino acids that support the repair of joints, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, skin, and connective tissues throughout the body. For men whose knees crack when climbing stairs, whose backs ache after a long day, or whose recovery after exercise takes longer, then kigere is the traditional broth for healing and recovery. #FoodFriday

Three protesters shot dead in Nanyuki. Students shot inside their own hostel at Multimedia University. Hooded, unidentifiable officers firing live rounds on unarmed Kenyans. This is not law enforcement. This is the constitution being violated in broad daylight. As we approach the 2nd anniversary of June 25, we must refuse to normalise what we are witnessing. Accountability is not optional. It is what justice looks like in practice. Here is my statement on the current pattern of violence by the Police:

One of the most underrated foods in traditional African nutrition is OX TAIL SOUP. We buy expensive, yet useless supplements, protein powders, collagen drinks, and laboratory-made products while ignoring foods our grandfathers ate regularly. OX TAIL is rich in collagen, gelatin, amino acids, minerals, and healthy fats. • The gelatin supports joint health. • The collagen supports connective tissues, tendons, ligaments, skin, and blood vessels. • The amino acids, especially glycine, support sleep, recovery, and tissue repair. For men above 35, whose joints ache after exercise or whose backs hurt after long hours of work, or who are recovering from illness, ox tail soup is the preferred medicine for healing and recovery. Ox tail soup is also good for Mothers who have just given birth and are just about to breastfeed colostrum to the newborn. Babies who have just started weaning should be given Ox tail soup in plenty. Our ageing parents don't need calcium supplements, they need nutrient-dense foods like the ox tail soup. The strongest men in history did not build themselves on processed foods. They built themselves on nutrient-dense traditional foods. Sometimes the solution is not in a pharmacy, it is in our kitchen. #FoodFriday

😂 Vasco Da Nganya.
How can an African president visit Norway to seek “an operator of a shipping port” and claim that such primitivity “benefits Kenya?” Does the so-called fishing port even exist? This is embarrassing!
