This shows exactly where AI video agents are right now, powerful at end-to-end execution (character sheets, shot lists, consistent generation editing from a vague brief), but still heavily derivative.
The Spider-Verse influence is obvious — same visual language, color palette, and aesthetic. The agent didn’t invent a new style, it remixed an existing one extremely well.
That’s the current limitation. These tools collapse production time dramatically, which is huge for rapid testing and UGC-style content. But true creative leaps will come when creators push beyond “make it look like [popular thing]” and force the agent into genuinely original visual directions.
Impressive pipeline though. The real skill is in the prompting iteration, not pretending the output is purely original.
