Who would have thought, working at an elementary school, one of my favorite things would be working with high school students🤷♀️😂. So proud of our mentors on graduating! We will miss them next year🥲🥹

Kids don't plan to come to school to get into trouble. Behaviour is a form of communication and quite often - the reason for it will make you sad, not angry.

As we reflect on our inclusive self-assessment as a school, I think a student input section would be more powerful, than any adults perspective from the outside looking in.

✳️Tier 3 intervention is NOT the same as special education. Not all students who need intensive support have an #IEP. Not all students with an IEP need intensive support. #LeadInclusion
