Ja muistutus että jo JUFOn oman määritelmän mukaan luokitusta tulisi käyttää vain isojen organisaatioiden arviointiin, ei missään nimessä yksittäisten tutkijoiden tai julkaisujen!
JUFO-arviot tehdään pienten ryhmien toimesta eikä monia aloja ole niissä edustettuna.

14/ Jos artikkeli on alansa laatulehdessä, se lienee vertaisarvioitu suht huolella. Lehden voi tsekata suomalaisten tutkijoiden ylläpitämästä Julkaisufoorumista. Nolla on hatara, ykkönen kunnollista perustasoa, 2-3 alan huippua. Jos ei löydy, hälytyskello!

Tätä ei kuitenkaan tunnuta haluttavan tunnustaa, kun instituutioille on kätevää käyttää mittaria jonka joku muu määrittää, ja he joilla on vaikutusvaltaa arviointiin voivat käyttää sitä huolehtimaan että omat julkaisukanavan ovat hyvin edustettuina.
Näin kärjistäen.

Happamia sanoi kettu. Terveisin, oman erikoisalani tärkein lehti oli JUFO 1, joka nykyisellään ei monelle instituutiolle kelpaa kun vaaditaan tutkijoilta vain 2-3 -tasojen julkaisuja.

Mua sattui hampaisiin pitkin tätä vuotta ja olin jo aika epätoivoinen.
Hammaslääkäri sanoi että mun hampaat ovat tosi hyvässä kunnossa, ja käski olemaan purematta hampaita yhteen.

Finnish history is a very clear guide to how this works: the state funds new industries in big steps, the private sector builds around it incrementally. The moment people started imagining their country is America and that private means magic the music stopped.

Sarrade chairs Generation IV International Forum, which has been facilitating Gen4 reactor development for, well they invented the label. So he is very happy for recent investment to advanced reactors.

Second day of IAEA SMR Conference. Frank Moran of CEA presents their work on heating reactor where secondary circuit is actually a pool of water. It actually reminds me of the operation of giant heat storage being planned in Vantaa that relies on similar thermocline function.
