Maricopa County was caught illegally breaking the seals of tabulation machines and reprogramming the memory cards, which was only admitted 7 months later after they were caught on video. Maricopa County did NOT test ANY of the tabulators for logic & accuracy used at the 246 vote centers, which is required by law, that they claim they did test on 10/11/2022, which logs later proved there was NO tabulators tested or even turned on. They only tested 5 spare machines. On 11/8/2022 there were 464,926 ballot scan attempts, over 50% had misfeed issues and would not tabulate any ballots, especially in high Republican areas. The Election Assistance Commission limits misfeed issues to 1 in 500 ballots. Maricopa County's misfeed issues were 1 in 2 ballots. Machines rejected 180,894 in-person ballots on Election Day out of 248,070 total cast. 260 out of the 445 tabulators used in Arizona rejected ballots with the same error codes that arose on Election Day. Tabulators rejected over 7000 ballots every 30 mins. What did they program on those memory cards, why didn't they test the machines, and why were logs missing?

REMINDER: ICE had NOTHING to do with this woman’s death. She passed away THREE days after ICE encountered her. Following her arrest by local authorities for Terroristic Threats and Harassment, Daphy Michel, an illegal alien from Haiti, was encountered by ICE and placed in removal proceedings. ICE issued her an ICE ankle monitor and she was released from ICE custody on February 27. She was released with all of her belongings, including a fully charged phone, in sunny weather in the middle of Pittsburgh, where public transport is readily available.    On March 3, ICE received a notification that her ankle monitor had been tampered with. ICE officers traveled to her last known location on the GPS system: the county medical office. Upon arrival, local staff refused to cooperate or even talk with ICE federal law enforcement. Our officers instead had to call the U.S. Marshal’s service, who were let into the building and were given the severed ankle monitor. However, staff refused to even tell the U.S. Marshals about the individual’s condition.    ICE was never given official notification of her passing, and found out about her death via the media thanks to the local county’s refusal to even have a conversation with federal law enforcement.

Punishment has to be severe and the prison sentences have to be very long to stop this in the future.
