15 years ago, my high school math teacher told me that I was "dumb and would never amount to anything". Three years ago I took the terrifying plunge and started my own business. Today I got to see the house I am building for my amazing wife and children. #mondaymotivation

The GOW Laufey discourse is incredibly stupid. The argument that the criticism isn't gender based is silly. I agree with you all! I do not think you have a problem with female leads. You have a problem with female leads that don't satisfy your sexual desire. The game looks amazing, with fun design ideas and a thematic setting that could really deepen the franchise's lore and world. But it doesn't matter because "this female is not sexually appealing to me," therefore I will claim "It's not Kratos, so it's bad."

No, Ridley, you are just very hit and miss. Gladiator, Both blade runners, Raised by Wolves, Kingdom of heaven are amazing. Last Duel, Exodus, Robin Hood, Prometheus, Glad 2 not so much.

Ridley Scott blames millenials for ‘THE LAST DUEL’ box office performance: “What it boils down to [are] the audiences who were brought up on cell phones. The millennian, [who] do not ever want to be taught anything unless you told it on the cell phone.”

South by midnight is awesome and deserves more love on PC for sure. Not surprised though given the marketing for it was not exactly prominent.

It’s funny how graphics and perception in games changes over time. I have the fondest memory of the original baldurs gate dark alliance and remember thinking the water physics were the most realistic water id ever seen back in the day.

POE1 is better than POE2 in terms of content and drops. Obviously it’s in early access so not too much criticism on that yet. But after playing POE2 I don’t think I can go back to POE1 in terms of gameplay. I love the direction of 2, it is vastly superior to 1 and D4. It’s slightly slower in pace but way more engaging moment to moment. I cannot wait for the full game and for seasons to start.

Was nice to see Mirthwood at the top sellers when waking up this morning and still on new and trending. Hard at work fixing bugs and improving performance and then onto the next major content patch!

Here is a marketing tip for all you lovely turn-based RPG developers out there. I love turn-based RPGs; they are what I play in my spare time. However, one mistake I commonly see is developers touting turn-based tactical combat as a USP. It isn't. If I were your target audience, turn-based combat is expected and not a unique selling point. Having turn-based combat isn't what interests me in the game. So please stop taking up space on your store pages with a paragraph about how the combat is tactical and turn-based.
