🔴 Britain's £210m most expensive house sits empty; homeless man lives on porch
2-8A Rutland Gate in Knightsbridge, a 45-room palace with four lifts, indoor pool and 116 windows overlooking Hyde Park, sold for £210m in 2020. It has been empty for years. Anders Fernstedt has lived on its porch in a makeshift tent for three years.
The property was built in the early 1980s by billionaire Rafik Hariri, Lebanon's future prime minister, who merged multiple townhouses. After his 2005 assassination, it passed to Saudi crown prince Sultan bin Abdul Aziz.
