🏆🏐 Eagleville Girls Volleyball wins state! 🏐🏆 Eagleville High School claimed the TSSAA Division I Class A State Championship with a win over Gordonsville High School on Friday, Oct. 24, at Middle Tennessee State University. The victory caps an impressive season for the Lady Eagles, who advanced through the state tournament with wins over Merrol Hyde and South Greene before securing the championship title. Eagleville sophomore Campbell Leathers was named match MVP. The team finishes the season with a 43-5 record. Concerned patriots and people of faith from across Rutherford County turned out tonight for the Candlelight Vigil and Prayer Night in honor of Charlie Kirk. Let us continue to pray for Charlie’s family and for the United States of America in the days ahead. At the same time, we must condemn the actions of those on the left who use violence to silence those who dare to speak the truth.

We will never forget the heroic actions of our first responders or the lives lost and forever changed.

The horrendous assassination of Charlie Kirk today should break the heart of every American. Every act of political violence must be condemned. Any public employee who attempts to condone or rationalize these acts should forfeit his or her position of trust. Tonight, I am praying for Charlie Kirk’s family and friends and I am also praying for our nation and for justice.

Charlie Kirk devoted his life to free speech and civil discourse. Today he was murdered for that commitment. One of the most important conservative leaders of the new generation is now a martyr. An unspeakably sad day for a young family, a movement and our nation.

Charlie Kirk was a man of great integrity and unwavering devotion to America. We are heartbroken to learn of the tragedy that occurred in Utah. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and our nation.

Flags at the TN State Capitol will be lowered in memory of Charlie Kirk. @MariaLeeTN & I ask Tennesseans to join us in lifting up Charlie’s wife Erika, two children & entire family to the Lord, and to be in prayer for our Nation that is in desperate need of God’s healing.

Every day we have is a gift from the Lord. What occurred on Utah Valley University’s campus today is a sobering reminder of that. @charliekirk11 was a bold truth-teller, brother in Christ, and friend. What he contributed to our culture, our country, and God’s Kingdom during his life will live on. His words will continue to impact the generations to come. His voice has been tragically silenced, but God’s truth will never be silenced. We will grieve with those who grieve, yet we will walk into the morning with the hope that no matter what takes place in this present age, God’s plan will be carried forward. Thank God for the truth you heard from Charlie and make the determination to carry on his legacy by speaking the truth in boldness, not living in fear. Please keep his wife Erika and their young children in your prayers. Pray for a supernatural comfort, peace, and guidance that can only come from God.
