After one select committee, National's bill has gone from a U16 ban to mass internet censorship We have a front row seat to where this ends. The UK arrests 12,000/year for social media posts. People marching in the streets against immigration policies they can't protest online. Proposed bill expansion: โš ๏ธA new independent internet regulator with power to create binding rules without going back to Parliament โš ๏ธForce platforms to hand over proprietary algorithm designs to the regulator โš ๏ธRegulate recommendation systems โš ๏ธExplore restricting VPN use โš ๏ธA catch-all recommendation to "consider further matters" and task them to the regulator - the blank cheque

Negligence, Chinese theft and now the India FTA: The 3 ways NZ will have lost its kiwifruit advantage. 1. NZ developed the Hayward kiwifruit cultivar and we failed to protect it. Chile built an industry on it and became a major competitor. 2. China stole SunGold cuttings in 2016. Now there are 8,000 hectares of illegal plantings producing $1B of pirated fruit. 3. The India FTA requires NZ to hand over premium plant varieties, breeding material, and growing expertise - and help India build the IP laws to commercially grow our protected cultivars. If India decides we haven't delivered enough, they cancel our market access. If the treaty collapses entirely, India keeps everything we transferred.

History has shown that once kiwi plant material leaves our shores it becomes another major competitor. @actparty @NZNationalParty and @nzlabour are willing agreeing to this self-sabotage that has no place in an FTA.

For all those rent-a-crowd protesters in Auckland today protesting against NZFirstโ€™s bill to define in law what a man and woman is - this isnโ€™t about you. You egotistical mouth-breathers canโ€™t even figure out which flag to fly - is it Palestine, rainbow, or the Maori flag? It may come as a surprise to you all but the universe doesnโ€™t just revolve around you. Your egos are only matched by your learning difficulties. This bill is about protecting women and girlsโ€™ rights, freedoms, and safety. Not about what you decide to do with your private lives. Youโ€™re right about one thing, for us to have to legislate this basic biological reality shows how much the woke mind virus has spread in our society.

The NZ-India FTA reads more like a treaty of surrender after we lost a war. India gets mass investment, we get mass immigration. FDI commitments: NZ to India: US$20B India to NZ: $0 The MPs I've ask to explain this avoid answering.
"It would take us 300 years to meet the $20 billion commitment at the same rate that Australia is currently investing into India. We're supposed to do that in 15, right?" - Joshua Riley, Software Engineer and Sovereign Co-Founder @VoteSovereign Joshua Riley says that New Zealand's total accumulated overseas investment is around $16 billion, yet the India FTA contains a $20 billion target tied to a single country. Do these numbers add up, or is New Zealand committing to something unrealistic? ๐ŸŽฅ Watch here: rcr.media/episodes/joshua-riโ€ฆ

I just presented Sovereign's FTA oral submission. I asked the committee if they knew the accumulated value of all NZ foreign invest globally for all of time. No one could answer. It's US$16B. The FTA commits us to invest US$20B to India alone within 15 years.

Indian student numbers have surged 354.7% in two years. Immigration Minister Stanford has been systematically loosening student work rights while every comparable country tightens: โš ๏ธ 2024: Simplified work permits, broadened post-study work rights โš ๏ธ Jul 2024: Expanded partner work visas for students โš ๏ธ Jun 2025: Removed NZQA qualification checks for many Indian institutions โš ๏ธ Nov 2025: Increased work hours from 20 to 25/week Meanwhile Canada tightened the same settings - Indian numbers collapsed 41%. UK down 28%. Australia down 12%. Stanford calls it "supercharging growth." Then the India FTA treaty-locked her settings so no future government can reverse them. She loosened the door, then welded it open. National is the party of mass immigration and Labour ACT give them the votes needed to continue.

The student visas in the FTA provide work rights of 25 hours/week. Enough to source nearly all of their tuition using our own economy. Once graduated they can continue working up to three years. Enough for most to flow straight into existing residence visas.

"We didn't know that was in it" The India FTA is either: a. The product of the greatest act of treaty sabotage by a rogue agent in history; or b. A deliberate entrenchment of a cesspool of ideology we weren't supposed to discover.

The National Labour proposed censorship regime patterns the UK who arrest 12000 each year for posts. The UK bill's author is now horrified and wants it repealed. @EricaStanfordMP the public never got to submit on the select committee's proposed overreach and limits to freedom of speech. The public has a right to express their concerns and a new submission and consultation process is required. Does National still believe in democratic representation? If so, when can we expect a new public consultation? Otherwise, you are silencing critics - unironically the same way this bill can be used to silence online dissent.

TOP wants to tax your grandma thousands per year because they think property appreciation is "making money". "Ah well they can always downsize". To what? A coffin? This is Marxism.

How long until Kiwis realise National, Labour, the Greens - and ACT via the India FTA - will allow their future to be grifted away to pay homage to a climate cult that wants their money but can't change the weather?
Net Zero: Economic vandalism at unprecedented scale National and Labour are fully committed to Net Zero NZIER modelling: up to $85 BILLION/yr GDP loss by 2050. The report predicts slower growth and lower wages. You can choose only one: a. Healthy economy b. The Uniparty

Looking at its nearly absent benefits, I don't think your India agreement was ever meant to be an FTA. The international treaty nature of the agreement allowed you to entrench uncappable immigration channels, UNDRIP, and PARIS in a binding agreement.

The India FTA requires NZ to train India to grow kiwifruit, apples, and Manuka honey. A transfer of our expert knowledge. We once sent kiwifruit stock to Chile and they became a major competitor.

Each generation has this obligation: Leave a free, more prosperous future for the next. National eagerly adopts freedom restricting and economy killing ideas overseas including Next Zero which will kill industry and their social media censorship bill which will copy the UK prison for posts regime.

Why will National, Labour and ACT vote to ratify the India Mass-immigration Treaty, despite it being one of the most one-sided, economically pointless, sovereignty-ceding treaties ever signed outside of war?

I immigrated from Texas and have only lived in Kiwi communities. That's led me to cherish and defend New Zealand culture. As a result I'm not part of an 'American community' and don't pressure politicians to grow such a community. Mass immigration prevents said assimilation.
