IO-117 seems to have a much weaker telemetry signal today July 17 at 18:00Z Maybe its 4800 baud as I am unable to decode. @S5Lab

LOTW has added IO-117 ( the satellite previously known as GreenCube ) to the acceptable satellite names but you have to update your TQSL app before uploading. Happy editing !
