At the recommendation of @Robg1063, I decided to eat lunch at Los Machetes Quesadilla Factory.
This is the Machete Chilango.
21 inches with ham, steak, bacon, cheese, red and green peppers and onions. It also has mushrooms but I didn’t get those.

Got my hands on some mudbugs today at Guadalaharry’s Bar Grill on Lake Conroe.
