Maryland joins the pack to eliminate the ability of counties to governor their own land use. HB0692 allows the Maryland PSC to mandate LUO's of the county to accept the State decision on Solar. What a pity. @pwrhungry @LinowesLisa @MeredithAngwin @megynkelly @ShellenbergerMD
