During the Panama International Critical Care Congress 2026, WFICC leadership met with representatives from regional societies to provide an update on WFICC activities and initiatives and to discuss opportunities for future collaboration.
The WFICC is supporting the dissemination of this important international study. Despite increasing gender diversity in healthcare, disparities in leadership, academic advancement, and workplace experiences persist in intensive care medicine.
