The lack of guidance to prepare students and educators for shootings, and minimize the trauma of active shooter drills, is unacceptable.
My Administration will produce information for schools to improve drills, create age-appropriate content, and better communicate with parents.

Today, I'll sign an Executive Order to crack down on emerging firearm threats like unserialized, 3D-printed guns and machine gun conversion devices.
It'll also direct my Cabinet to help improve school-based active shooter drills.
It's our job to do better.

Today, my Administration is clarifying when folks must get their license and run background checks, and ensuring that gun show and online sale loopholes no longer exist.
