Tonight was fun. History was made for the Tullahoma High School girls basketball program. For the first time in 49 years, the Lady Wildcats are headed back to the TSSAA State Tournament.

For the first time since 1977, the Tullahoma High School girls basketball team is headed to the TSSAA State Tournament. The Lady Wildcats defeated Portland 75-28 at home in the sectional round of the playoffs to earn their first State Tournament appearance in 49 seasons.

What a tremendous game and win! Our District 12 West Champions, the @WMS_BOBCATS basketball team, advances to the next round in the District 12 Tournament! Special thanks to the cheerleaders who made sure the spectators were cheering loudly with them! Fun times! 🥳🏀📣

What a fun way to start the day @TullahomaHS cheering on @PanthersEMS boys team and @WMS_BOBCATS girls team in their basketball play in games! Thankful for the cheerleaders who kept the energy high and for the impromptu dance that happened at half time! 🏀 📣 💃🏻
