3rd Organic Farming Internship We The Leaders Foundation successfully conducted a Natural Farming Field Training internship program. The sessions covered natural input preparation, soil and water conservation, traditional farming methods, and value-added marketing opportunities. Dairy Farming & Livestock Health Awareness Program We The Leaders Foundation successfully conducted a Dairy Farming and Livestock Health Awareness Program on 17 December 2025 at Putharachal, Palladam. The program focused on improving dairy productivity, livestock health management, disease prevention, and modern dairy practices. Around 150 dairy farmers participated and benefited from expert sessions, live demonstrations of milking machines, and nutritional support through mineral mixture distribution. Farmers from 15 villages and milk procurement centers actively took part, making the initiative impactful at the grassroots level. The program received positive feedback and reinforced our commitment to strengthening rural dairy development and farmer welfare. #dairyfarming #livestockhealth #farmerawareness #agritraining

The 3rd - Two day natural farming field training was conducted successfully. A total of 31 participants enthusiastically took part in this training and benefited from it. During the training, detailed explanations and hands-on practical sessions were provided on key topics such as preparing natural fertilizers, improving soil quality, seed treatment and purification, value addition to agricultural produce, and marketing agricultural products effectively. This field training was designed to be highly beneficial for individuals interested in natural farming, offering them practical knowledge and real-world experience.
