WVU SPO will be hosting a briefCASE workshop on Monday, April 22nd, 5:00-7:00 p.m. in White Hall G09.
This workshop will help scientists at all levels communicate with legislators and the public about the importance of support for science.

I had the honor of visiting D.C. with the WVU Science Policy Organization last week. We had productive meetings discussing SCIENCE at @WestVirginiaU with Senate and House offices. We had a lengthy meeting with @SenCapito, herself!
This week, I visited D.C. as part of @WVUScience's annual Hill Day and had the opportunity to meet with legislative offices to talk about the importance of science and graduate education! I even had the pleasure of meeting @SenCapito. We had a great chat about biomedical science!
